Apple Watch

Start a workout on your paired iPhone, then open Lift Log on Apple Watch. Weight and rep changes reach the iPhone when you tap Complete Set. Keep both apps updated and use Refresh after reconnecting.

Nutrition Targets shows your personal targets synced from iPhone. Edit them in Nutrition on iPhone; client targets stay on iPhone. Complications need a compatible face and slot.

Rest alerts

Check Settings → Notifications → Rest Timer Alerts. Notification permission, Watch settings, and Focus can affect alerts.

Nutrition targets

Enter protein, carbs, and fat in grams. Save dated adjustments and review them in History or Trends. Calories are estimates calculated from targets; this is not a record of meals consumed.

Posing practice

Open Posing Practice from Summary, choose a pose, then add a photo or video. Captures belong to the selected profile. Switch between Gallery and List to review them.

Backup recovery

Use the Apple Account that created the backup, enable iCloud Drive, and allow Lift Log to use iCloud. Open Settings → Restore from iCloud. Backups include saved nutrition targets and posing photos and videos.

After reinstalling, allow time for discovery and download. Review the preview before choosing Replace and Restore, which replaces current profiles and records.

If recovery fails, keep app and iCloud data in place. Avoid creating an empty backup that could replace the one you want. Contact support with the error. Undo Last Restore, when available, recovers the local safety copy saved before a restore.

Reports and branding

Include nutrition for a compact two-page report. Then and Now photos are optional and start with the pair and angle selected in Progress Photos. Review the selections before exporting; full nutrition history stays in the app.

Settings → Report Branding unlocks your business name and logo through a one-time purchase. Branding applies to new reports. Restore Purchases restores feature access, not training data.

Contacting support

The email draft includes basic app and device details, not your training records or media. Review anything you choose to send.
