Information you enter

Balance stores the financial records and settings you enter on your device, including expenses, income, paydays, debts, and preferences. Local storage lets the app retain your records between sessions.

iCloud backup and restore

In the source version reviewed, Balance uses Apple’s iCloud services for backup and restore. When iCloud is available, the app schedules automatic backups after edits and checks for changes from iCloud. Backups include financial records, settings, backup timestamps, and a device name when available.

Widgets and companion features

Balance shares selected financial information with its own widgets and companion components so they can display your balances and related information. This is separate from sending information to the developer. Confirm which companion features are included in the released version.

If you contact The Collextion through its website or email, the information you choose to send can include your name, email address, message, and attachments. Avoid sending account credentials or sensitive financial records. We keep support emails and attachments only as long as needed to handle your request and necessary follow-up, or longer when required to meet applicable obligations. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The reviewed source did not show an advertising or third-party analytics integration. Confirm the dependencies and behavior of the released build before adopting a final statement about tracking or developer data collection. Apple’s own services and any information you send through the website should be described separately.

Your controls

You can edit your records in Balance. iCloud and device settings affect the availability of cloud services. Removing the app should not be described as deleting every cloud copy; verify the exact deletion steps before publishing instructions.
